- Refund & Returns
Christ for all Nations Ltd is committed to creating a simple and easy returns process.
As part of this policy you are able to return goods to us within 14 days of purchase for whatever reason. The goods must be in their original condition and include all items.
A request must first be made in writing (letter or email) to the address below. The request must include your full name, the date of the order and order number. Once the returns request has been authorised by our staff, please send the items back to us, noting that shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and are NOT refundable.
Please choose carefully. Christ For All Nations does not normally give refunds with regards to goods being supplied if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. We may charge a handling fee if the return is accepted by management.
- Cancellations
Christ for all Nations Ltd is committed to creating a simple and easy cancellation process.
As part of this policy you are able to cancel purchase from us within the first 48 hours from the order as long as the item(s) have not been dispatched. If the items have been dispatched, please follow our refunds process above.
A request must first be made in writing (letter or email) to the address below. The request must include your full name, the date of the order and order number.
We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before the date of delivery of the goods. The fee will depend on the nature of the order, the length of notice of cancellation before the order, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the order and the reason for cancellation. No refunds on deposits in the event of cancellation for already ordered/made Special–Order goods.
- Deliveries
Christ for all Nations Ltd is committed to creating a simple and efficient delivery structure to get the items you have ordered out to you as quickly as possible.
We deliver most of our items (as long as they are in stock) within 14 days from point of order using South Africa Post.
If for any reason items arrive with you damaged, then Christ for all Nations Ltd will replace these items free of charge once the damaged items have been returned.
In some rare instances packages are lost in transit. If this happens, we will endeavour to locate the parcel and replace the contents in a reasonable time frame.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Christ For All Nations’s obligation to supply goods on time shall in all cases be subject to the following:
- Whilst delivery times are given in good faith and Christ For All Nations will use every endeavour to comply therewith, no responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage incurred by the Client on account of any delay in delivery arising out of any circumstances beyond Christ For All Nations’s control, which circumstances will include, but in no way be limited to:
- any delays in the supply of goods by Christ For All Nations’s Suppliers which cannot be directly or indirectly attributed to them;
- the client not providing Christ For All Nations with necessary information in order to determine the specifications of the goods required.
- the client or his/her/its employees not providing Christ For All Nations with the adequate information, necessary in order to ensure that the goods meets its specific requirements. The Company reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client's original requirements change or upon inspection by us;
- If the balance of the contract price payable on date of reservation is not paid on date of anticipated delivery to Christ For All Nations.
Christ For All Nations will communicate unavoidable delay in the delivery.
